- Pick one single task.
- Play the video. You can also use a Pomodoro app, or phone timer.
- Focus on nothing but that task for the 25 minutes. Feel free to make this 15 or 20 minutes if that works better.
- Once the timer goes off, take a 5-minute break.
- Repeat (usually 3 times, followed by a longer break of your choosing (around 25-50 minutes)).
