Plucked string instruments
- Guitar - Plucked string instrument. It has six strings and is played with both hands. There are many types of Guitar. These include Acoustic, Classic and Electric.
Bowed string instruments
- Violin - Bowed string instrument. It has four strings, and is played using a bow or by plucking.
